Jesse Lahey acts as the host of the podcast and brings in special guests for each show. Lahey has more than two decades of experience working in the business industry in both leadership and management positions. He encourages guests to talk about some of the issues they faced when working with employees and to discuss the solutions they found to common problems. It also looks at leadership principles and how listeners can use those principles on the job.
